Recover deleted photos

Photos and videos Clenlo removes go to Recently Deleted in the Photos app. Open Photos › Albums › Recently Deleted and choose Recover. They stay there for 30 days. Originals replaced by optimized copies are in the same album.

Restore Clenlo Pro on a new device

Sign in with the same Apple Account, open Clenlo’s settings and tap Restore Purchases. No Clenlo account is needed. Family members get Pro through Family Sharing automatically.

Cancel a subscription

Open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your iPhone, or Manage Subscription in Clenlo’s settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

Ask for a refund

Apple handles App Store refunds. Use Request a Refund in Clenlo’s settings, or go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

Change what Clenlo can read

Open Settings › Privacy & Security and choose Photos, Contacts, Calendars or Reminders. The rest of the app keeps working without any one of them. Everything Clenlo reads stays on your device; the Privacy Policy has the details.

The daily limit

The free plan removes up to 30 items a day; scanning and review have no limit. Clenlo Pro removes the limit. The Terms of Use describe the plans.
